The client is one of the largest Technology Distributors. The project was to develop a Renewal Portal to streamline the process of renewals which was earlier made manually. Agiles conducted three-week Onsite study meeting various stake holders of our client in UK to understand existing process, current systems, structures, challenges faced and expectations of their new Systems to be developed. We also presented a detailed functional and technical documentation before the project start.

01 Features
The Objective of the project was to development, maintain and support the web application.
- Renewal Tracking: Features a centralized database for partners’ services contracts across multiple technology manufacturers to help identify sales opportunities.
- Opportunity Management: Allows for forecasting and transaction status updates.
- Sales Transformation: Provides insight to identify upsell and cross sell opportunities, as well as create initial budgeting and pricing information.
- Collaborative Portal: Creates a single view of service renewals across the partner’s entire channel ecosystem, including with Tech Data and suppliers.

Post onsite study and detailed discussions with the client, Agiles created a Virtual environment mirrored to client’s inhouse team. Technical requirements (Developers experience, skill set) was gathered and a team of 5 members headed by a Team Lead was initially set up at our Development center and a Project Manager deployed in UK to coordinate between the Project Manager and the Team to align with the Project Plan and allocate works to resources accordingly.
03 Project Completion and UAT
With excellent coordination between Onsite and Offshore teams, as well as by the tremendous effort of the overall Team we were able to complete the development work much before the planned time and the project was been given for User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
