Agile Delivery Manager | Project Manager
Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution: Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and the analytics team to define project scope, objectives, and requirements. Develop a detailed project plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, ensuring adherence to Agile methodologies.
- Agile Leadership: Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Keep the team focused, motivated, and on track by removing impediments and fostering continuous improvement.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Data Analysts, Testers, Software Engineers, and other stakeholders to promote effective communication, coordination, and collaboration across teams.
- Risk Management: Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies. Monitor project progress and take necessary actions to ensure delivery within agreed timelines and budget.
- Quality Assurance: Uphold a high standard of quality in project deliverables. Implement best practices for testing, validation, and documentation.
- Client Management: Liaise with clients to understand their requirements, provide project updates, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Team Development: Nurture a culture of learning, growth, and teamwork within the project team. Encourage skill development and provide coaching and support to team members.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Agile Delivery Manager, ideally leading complex data analytics projects.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, principles, and practices (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence and SharePoint project management platforms
- Ideally, an understanding of analytics and data concepts, including data visualisation, data modelling, and statistical analysis.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in risk management, project planning, and resource allocation.
